ODE Studios



ODE Studios came to Against Time to create a new brand identity that could capture their vision
and set them apart in a crowded creative landscape. Our challenge was to design a system that was
both distinctive and flexible — a brand that could adapt as ODE Studios continues to evolve.



Strategy

We began by uncovering ODE’s core archetypes - the human patterns that express their personality and purpose. These archetypes became the spark for our creative direction, inspiring explorations of organic shapes, bold colours and layered textures that evoke connection, transformation and curiosity.


Identity
Two themes quickly surfaced: the geometric character of the ODE letterforms and the symbolism of campfire moments of human connection and storytelling. Through a process of sketching, moodboarding and iteration, we explored how these motifs could work together across type, form and texture. As the work developed, feedback pushed us toward more organic and playful interpretations of the ODE lettering.

To maintain flexibility, we recommended retaining the full spectrum of explorations, allowing the identity to shift its tone across touchpoints without losing coherence.


Result

The result is a system that balances structure with freedom. A deliberately limited yet vibrant colour palette strengthens recognition while maintaining accessibility and versatility. The modular identity gives ODE Studios room to grow, ensuring their brand can adapt to new contexts and expressions over time.


Future

The ODE Studios identity is built not just for the present, but for the future. It equips the brand with the tools to tell their story in multiple ways, while staying true to who they are.
